Johnny C. Go, S.J.

Johnny C. Go, S.J. is the Founding Dean of the Gokongwei Brothers School of Education and Learning Design (GBSEALD) at Ateneo de Manila University. He completed his doctorates in education in 2016 at the UCL Institute of Education, University of London and Singapore National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University after his term as President of Xavier School from 2001 to 2013. Aside from journal articles on education, his publications include Religious Education from a Critical Realist Perspective: Sensus Fidei and Critical Thinking (New York: Routledge, 2019), Learning by Refraction: A Practitioner’s Guide to 21st- Century Ignatian Pedagogy (Quezon City: Ateneo de Manila University Press, 2019), Leading with Depth: A Practitioner’s Guide to 21st-Century Ignatian Leadership, co-authored with Dr. Maria Assunta C. Cuyegkeng, PhD. (Ateneo de Manila University Press, 2024).
