Kerr Nell S. Deliva

Kerr Nell S. Deliva is doing his Master of Arts in Theological Studies in LST. He also serves as a Supervising Legislative Staff Officer in the Philippine Congress, where he focuses on the legislative budget process, from revenue generation (taxation) to expenditure authorization (appropriations). He holds a Master in Public Management (Energy Transition) from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Government, which he attended as a full scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. His research explores how theological ethics can inform public policy and law, with specific applications to governance, fiscal administration, and energy security.
