Paul Richard G. Dy

Paul Richard G. Dy is a priest of the Diocese of Masbate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in 2002 and his Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology from Loyola School of Theology in 2021. He completed his Master of Arts in Theological Studies, specializing in Pastoral Theology, at Ateneo de Manila University in 2022. His thesis, “Conversation, Accompaniment, Discernment, Co-Navigation, and Co-Creation as a Process of Program Development for Evangelization in Liceo de San Pedro Calungsod Mission School,” explores a context-sensitive approach to evangelization in Catholic schools. He has been involved in the pastoral and social-action ministries of the Diocese of Masbate, including Caritas Masbate.
