Stephanie Ann Y. Puen

Stephanie Ann Y. Puen is an assistant professor in the Department of Theology at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. She earned her bachelor’s degree in management engineering, specializing in finance, in 2012, and her Ph.D. in Theology, with a focus on theological and social ethics, from Fordham University in New York. After working in the corporate sector for a manufacturing and food group of businesses, she became involved in Alay ni Ignacio and Pathways to Higher Education, a nongovernmental organization that supports academically gifted but financially disadvantaged students, their families, and their communities. She subsequently pursued a master’s degree in theological studies and began teaching theology at Ateneo de Manila University.
