Elisa Manansala-Magtibay

Elisa Manansala-Magtibay earned her AB in Development Studies from Ateneo de Manila University in 1993 and her MA in Theological Studies in 2020. She has served in Christian formation at Xavier School Nuvali, including as Assistant Principal for Formation. Reflecting on her vocation as an educator, she writes: “It was never my dream to become a teacher, but I have been teaching for close to 30 years now. I am fortunate to have been taught by some of the best teachers of the Ateneo—Jesuit Fathers Ferriols, Galdon, Reilly, Huang, and Salanga, as well as Drs. Guevara, Tolosa, Abad, Totanes, and Astorga. They have greatly influenced and contributed to who I am today as a teacher and as a person.”
